This page describes the Housekeeper Assist preview website at www.housekeeperassist.com. It does not describe data collection by a released mobile app.

Contacting the team

This website has email links rather than an online contact or subscription form. Clicking an email link opens your own email app. The website does not send a message or register you for updates automatically.

If you send an email to assist@housekeeperassist.com, the team receives your email address, message and any information you choose to include. We use this information to handle your enquiry and any updates you request. To ask us to stop updates or delete your enquiry, contact the same address.

Browser preferences

If you choose a website language, this site saves that choice on your device in your browser’s local storage under hka_lang. Your browser requests the matching translation file from the hosting server. You can remove the saved preference by clearing this site’s browser data.

This version does not include analytics, advertising trackers, third-party font requests or a mailing-list signup service. Images, styles and scripts are served with the website.

Website hosting

Your browser requests pages and assets from the hosting server. Those requests include technical information such as your IP address and browser request headers. Any hosting or email-provider records are separate from the browser preferences described above.

Preview content

The app screens are illustrative prototypes. Names and household details shown in them are examples. The lifestyle image is AI-generated illustration, not a photograph of customers or a testimonial.
